USC’s Catherine Park Named Big Ten Women’s Golfer of the Week

ROSEMONT, Ill. – University of Southern California junior Catherine Park has been named the Big Ten Golfer of the Week for tournaments from September 12-18.

• Fired an 8-under 208 (67-73-68) to win the Leadership and Golf Invitational hosted at Chambers Bay GC in University Place, Washington. 
• Now ranks sixth in program history with four collegiate wins. 
• Helped lead the No. 2 Trojans to a nine-shot victory, the only team to finish the tournament under par. 
• Is the first Southern California student-athlete ever to be named Big Ten Golfer of the Week.
