Minnesota, Ohio State, UCLA, Iowa and Illinois Score Women’s Soccer Weekly Awards

Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Khyah Harper, Minnesota 
Sr. – F – Lino Lakes, Minn. - Major: Pre-Med 

  • Scored her first career hat trick against St. Thomas and assisted on teammate Sophia Romine’s goal, helping the Gophers to a 4-1 victory

  • Led Minnesota with a career-high seven points vs. St. Thomas. She is the first Gopher to record 7+ points in a match since Sydney Squires tallied nine on Aug. 27, 2017  

  • Last Minnesota Offensive Player of the Week: Megan Nemec (Aug. 22, 2023) 

 

Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Kailyn Dudukovich, Ohio State
Sr. – F – West Chester, Ohio  

  • Scored four goals in a pair of Buckeye victories last week  

  • Recorded her second career hat trick and the 20th in program history as she scored the first three goals of the game in a 4-0 win over Milwaukee 

  • Scored the second and game-winning goal in a 3-1 win over Ashland  

  • Her five goals this season are tied for the most in the country and are the most in the Big Ten through the first two weeks of play 

  • Tied for fourth in program history with 30 career goals  

  • Last Ohio State Offensive Player of the Week: Kayla Fischer (Oct. 4, 2022) 

 

Defensive Player of the Week
Lilly Reale, UCLA 
Sr. – D – Hingham, Mass. – Major: Sociology  

  • Scored the game-winning goal at Cal Poly on Aug. 22 and assisted on the game winning goal vs. No. 11 Santa Clara on Aug. 25 

  • Led the Bruins to a pair of shutouts in their 2-0-0 week 

  • Scored the lone goal vs. Cal Poly on a coast-to-coast, 85-yard run downfield  

  • Played 90 minutes in both wins, allowing just 10 shots and three shots on goal combined 

  • The Bruins’ defense has not allowed a goal so far this season and is limiting opponents to an average of 3.5 shots and 1.25 shots on goal 

 

Goalkeeper of the Week
Macy Enneking, Iowa  
Gr.  – GK – Hillard, Ohio – Master’s: Sport and Recreation Management 

  • Allowed just one goal in two games. Enneking did not allow a goal against No. 12 Texas, who has two of the top four active goal leaders in the NCAA  

  • Combined for 10 saves on 11 shots faced  

  • Helped the Hawkeyes to a 0-0-2 week with draws vs. Western Michigan and Texas 

  • Last Iowa Goalkeeper of the Week: Macy Enneking (Oct. 3, 2023) 

 

Freshman of the Week
Regan Moody, Illinois 
F – Belleville, Ill. – Major: Biology 

  • Helped the Illini to a 1-0-1 record last week, scoring against Missouri and Illinois State  

  • Against the Tigers, Moody scored her first-career goal in the second half to give Illinois the lead 

  • Against the Redbirds, Moody scored in consecutive matches for the first time in her career 

  • Last Illinois Freshman of the Week: Naomi Jackson (Sept. 21, 2021)
